place a hot pad on your stomach, drink hot tea, soak in a warm bath, try simple yoga stretches, take Ibuprofen, have an orgasm (it works because the blood is moved to a less congested area)

I first take an advil (midol dosent work for me) and if I can I will nap and if I can't I read a good book or play video games to try to get my mind off the cramps. Hope this helps!

midol i get the cheap brand at walgreens and they work!!
or sit in a hot tub or put a heating pad on you lower belly!!!
