Do you have your wedding papers? I would think it would be easy. Get an attorney or a paralegal (cheaper) to help you out.

Speak with a lawyer about this. There may be restrictions on divorcing foreign nationals in the US. But a good lawyer can help.

Also, divorce laws vary from state to state - and can be very confusing even to native born citizens. It's MUCH better to pay a good lawyer who can guide you safely through.

My understanding is that it can be done in the State you reside, but you must file something different ( your final divorce decree plus) in you home country for the divorce to be recognized there.
