That my announcers would fall out of the booth and be forced to retire. The White Sox radio and television crews are the worst in the business. They are not the most boring - as Atlanta wins that, but they are the worst. Ron Santo is close, but really, the Sox announcers are just awful. Does anyone like Hawk Harrelson and those stupid catchphrases anymore?

Thats not so wrong. If they fall, can they take Keith Hernandez with them? Keith is so friggin annoying, and its a shame because Gary Cohen and Ron Darling are great.

I think Joe Buck and Tim McCarver are the two worst announcers in the business though.

First of all Ron Santo is a great announcer... What better then have a true baseball great and true Cub fan announcing for us(at least on the radio, I like Len and Bob). Second of all, does anyone watch the Sox???

And I know i'm going to get a response like "well we won the world series, what have you guys done?"

That was the only time people came out to see the Sox was when they were in the playoffs and world series. No one watches them unless they win and all those "die hard" sox fans will be at wrigley this year when we win it!

So I guess to anwser the question no it's not wrong, cause no one cares.

I'm feelin ya...our white sox are really hurting...I don't know, I never minded Hawk and DJ, Farmar and Singleton.
But now that the Sox are losing nearly every game, yeah it does seem pretty annoying. I would have to say, though, that Cubs announcers have to be the worst. If I wanted to know about PBJ sandwiches or about Santo's pillow, I wouldn't be watching the baseball game.

He Gone is the dumbest strikeout call I've heard in my short time here on Earth. If somebody was from a foreign country here watching a White Sox game on tv and trying to understand and like the game of baseball, I'm pretty sure listening to Hawk for 9 innings would make sure they left our country with a complete hatred for the game.

As a Sox fan myself, I gotta say that I agree with you a little bit on that one. I don't exactly want them to fall out of the booth, but the catch phrases are starting to get really annoying.

I don't mind Ken Harrelson, of course I don't have to listen to him every day so I might feel differently if I did. I hate the Yankees announcers - TV & radio, and I wish that SNY would get rid of Keith Hernandez (Mets - TV).

There is nothing wrong is wishing or dreaming things but make sure that you do not intend to wish/dream things which are related to hurting someone. You seems a good person and I am sure that thinking about wrong things would definitely leave a mark in your mind.
You should not do any such things which do not allow you to face yourself in future.

It is wrong to wish for that but the idea itself has some merit.
