No - the braking effect of air resistance on the falling ant would be so great that it wouldn't be harmed at all. A human being would have broken bones, and the efect of dropping an elephant from a great height doesn't bear thinking about.
The reason is that, whereby the cross sectional area of a falling object increases with the square of its diameter, its volume (and hence, its weight and momentum) increases with the cube of its diameter.

We can evaluate this mathematically:

Mass of an ant is 0.01 milligrams, that is 1 x 10^-5g or 1 x 10^-8kg.

So the force experienced by the ant is:

F = ma
F = (1 x 10^-8) x (9.81)
F = 9.81 x 10^-8N, which is tiny.

Due to its tiny mass and tiny force experienced by acceleration, I think the ant would survive. Low masses, mean low kinetic energies and hence lower force of impact.

The way I see it, the poor little guy would have his life flash before him as he's falling and then he will experience a spiritual calmness yet knowing his life is about to end and commend his tiny soul to Jesus,
Then he'll probably see his aunt Mabel and cousin George in the clouds smiling and waving saying, "go into the light, go into the light..."
Then he'll see his old grade school teacher before him saying, "No! not yet, it is not your time!"

And just before he hits the ground he will experience an overwhelming euphoria as his wittle bones shatter in a thousand fragments and his cute wittle brain explodes on impact into splattery substance. His tiny soul will travel upward and look down upon the twitching mass of goo and he will have found peace at last!

No, she wont die.. her mass is pretty less. So if you drop her, she will certainly fell with a speed of 9.8m/ssq. but this time, F will be negligible due to really less mass...!!!

probably not...it depends on the air resistance, though.
gravity puts a certain force on him proportional to his mass...but so does the air that hes "falling through"
