They go away with age.

When you first get pubic hair on the bottom of your penis shaft, the hair follicles are just being stimulated. Because of this, they will be agitated and swollen. Once the follicles become familiar with the new hair growth, the bumps will go away.

As for right now, there isn't a way to get rid of them.

Well you can't get rid of them, they are hair follicles and that's what the hair grows out of in those areas, it is perfectly normal and I can guarantee you that 99% of all men have them. You won't get rid of them. As most men have them you won't be any different than anyone else so don't be embarrased.

Embarrassing? You are you showing yourself to? I mean, unless you're older than we all think, you shouldn't really be showing anyone.

To actually answer your question, you have to wait it out. It's part of growing, and your hair follicles are developing. They'll away within a couple years.
