Seems like every time this administration feels its position is threatened, they crank up prodution in the old fear factory. The question is: Are you buying it?

For those of you who didn't know...Bush just delivered an address on al Qaeda in Iraq ... it was going on as I posted the queston

I personally never critized him for not making more public addresses. I'd rather not hear from him, to be honest. As for my belief that he is at the helm in the 'fear factory' I stand by that. Everytime he faces opposition, he works the fear angle. I say if we are so scared then we should focus our efforts defending our OWN borders: by land, sea and air.

I find it interesting that Fox was the only network that broadcast the address. CNN, MSNBC etc were all talking about last nights debate, not even a mention on the crawlers. As far as cranking up the fear factory, you evidently didn't listen to the entire address (this is common among people who have a severe dislike towards the President).
If pulling us out of Iraq is the number one thing for the country, why were there no more questions about Iraq in the "debate" last night?

I remember back when the left was criticizing him for not giving regular addresses. 4 or 5 years ago. Probably before you were born.

I think it behooves us all to be vigilant and remain that way. However, live your lives as normal people and not in fear. :)

Nope. Never did, never will.

There's always something more sinister going on behind their scare tactics. Just do a little digging and you can find out their real motives.
