Yes, my friend I am.
I'm passing on all most all things that do not motivate me, stimulate me in a positive healthy way to learn, and drive me to reach a goal or destination that makes me a better person or father. (Hey, some random fun is also a very good thing!)
What is the point of going someplace if you have no clear purpose?
Random activity is just motion.
Passion and joy provides energy.
Goals provide purpose.

I don't think it's passing something by as much as I must have neglected something that was right there. I guess sometimes the way we see things gets so clouded..... so fogged up with thoughts and ideas that we don't take the time to clear the path to notice what is right in front of us..... at our grasp. And we lose it. One day its there..... and the next..... *POOF* And its at that moment that you realize just what a fool you've been and what an idiot I was to not have acted on it the way I should have. So everything keeps moving and I find that I'm the one standing back with everything passing me by. And I realize that we create our own personal hell when we don't open our eyes to truths and accept them. Then we..... get left behind as others move on to where they need to be. Lesson learned.

Yes,since I have left my ex,I have passed many potential relationships by while I raise my children! I will be single for at least the next 15 years and many men think that I am not serious or that they can change my mind. And guess what all those men I found out just how serious I am and I have lost alot of their friendships because I will not date them. AH Men!

I pass by the corner McDonald's all the time. I go to the mom & pop burger place down the street instead.
