If you're married, how long have you been married and how many times do you have sex in a week on average?
And if it isn't very often, is that because of the man or the woman? Do things like lack of affection, changing looks/weight or other factors have the most impact?

Married 11 years, together 15 years.
Average per week 0.5 times. (about 2-3 times a month)
Wife doesn't like sex. Never did just used it for the ring and kids.

I have been married for 3 years, I have three children from a previous marriage. Work, children and family play a big role in how often you have sex IMO. I think some times we just have to make time for sex even when we or tired. We start to lose our closeness with each other if we do not make time for our self. We have sex it least once a week. It is all according to how busy we are. I know when I first had children I was tired all of the time. I had twins to get up with all hours of the night and sex was the last thing onmy mind when I went to bed.

Well I have been with my husband for 3 years,married for two. And he is in the deployed right now so I haven't had sex in 5 months. But when he is home its about 3 or 4 times a week.

I've been married for almost a year. We have sex every other day at the very least. It's very rare that we go more then two days without having sex.
Often the reason why we don't have sex on a certain night is usually because we haven't spent much time together so it's difficult (for me - wife) to connect without spending time with him beforehand.

I've been married for less than 2 years. We only have sex once a week/once every 2 weeks and that's how it has been throughout the marriage. My husband is the problem, if it were up to me we would've had sex a few times a week. His issue is sitting in front of the Playstation 2 or the television. I look better than I did when we first met. We're separating so end of issue. Men, pay attention to your wives!!!

Married 20 years -
About 1-2 times a week. We just started our own business and he is still doing consulting on the side. So we are exhausted. Still trying to figure out how much I like the working from home thing..... :)

I am Happily Married.
Average weekly sex is 2 times.
I consider this to be not quite enough. The reason it doesn't happen more often is that there is not enough time & as parents you can be wrung out by the end of the day.
When the kids are in school there is more opportunity. I can't wait for september.

Been married 31/2 years and have sex about 2 times a month. We have so much going on right now that we're exhausted when we get 2 bed (just bought our 1st house and it's a fixer-upper)

Married 16yrs. And try to get it as much as possible. My hubby thinks I am weird. I have sex to go to sleep, have cuss I am horny, or have it cuss I am bored and want to try something new. Now don't get me wrong, there are times that I could really careless about it.
If you don't have a lot of sex or lack it, it could because of the both of you. You really have to give more information of why this is happening to really determine the reason why.
Most married woman need to remember something. Men (if they are good men) like to have sex with you cuss they still lust after your body, because you should know his little corks, don't have to go thru the mating (hook up) rituals (as if he is single), this is how he shows his love to you, and cuss he can go to sleep faster with it. If he is a good man, he knows and sometimes needs to be reminded that you need to be wooed to get you going.
My hubby makes me laugh cuss I will tell him that I need to be wooed and he will go "Woo Woo" lol then he will start the foreplay. You just need to be comfortable enough to remind him in a non nagging, grippe way. If you make it fun for him, he will make it worth your time too. Most woman are to scared to say what they really want! Cuss we are to be a wife, mother, the hold it together person, when in reality we want to get laid like that slutty girl in the porn.

On average, about 2-3 times per week is good. It depends on all sorts of stuff like if you are tired, busy, ect.
