I just moved up to a D cup and out of curiosity, I held one breast in my hand to get an idea of how much it weighed, After holding it for a minute or two, I realized it was pretty heavy. I know that heavy breast weight can lead to back pain and neck pain. I have both of those pains, but am unsure if my breast weight is the cause.

All breasts are heavy and many women have big breasts, so I don't think there is any need to worry. Make sure you wear a padded, supported bra to help support the weight of your boobs. If they are really concerning you, see a doctor but I really wouldn't worry about it too much.

Breast weight could be why you have back pain. Make sure you are wearing the correct size bra, try Nordstroms or JCPenney's or Sears (NOT Victoria Secret, they do not size correctly).
I had bad back pain due to my breasts. After my breast reduction Feb 2006, I had no back pain whatsoever, I was sooo happy!

we cant say definitely about ur pain bcoz of ur breast.it can be so if it is pendulous or it can be due to cervical bone problem or nerve problem
