If you are planning to let them visit your abandoned house, pay them at least a minimum of 2,500 pesos per month. Let them visit your house every weekend and tell them to clean it from the inside to your backyard.
But salary depends with the location, if its in the province 2,500 pesos per month is enough but if its within the city maybe like 3,000 per month is enough.

Since the house is not lived in the most it would need is Dusting, Washing windows, doors and floors. It is also a good idea to wash any fabric materials such as linen, bed spread, towels, pillow covers etc...at least once a month even if they are not being used.
How much you pay all depends on you. Who is the person doing it? How big of a family they have to support? How long they have to travel to get to your place? Are they trustworthy? I would pay them 10,000 pesos as a base Salary a month and 2,000 pesos for every week visit. You would more just helping them survive specially if God gave you a good life away from home...Think about it!

Salary depends on what is the prevailing price in the area. Duties depend also on the agreement. It would be best if you put them in writing such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house and its surroundings, paying the utility bills on time, safeguarding the house, etc.
If you are not hiring a live-in caretaker, he should visit the house at least three times a week or depending again on your agreement which is stipulated in writing.

The house should be visited once a week, cleaned once a week to include (dusting furnitures, blinds or curtains, cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping, mopping the floors, over all making sure the house is dust free). The salary should be at least $500 US dollars a month for this job (that's a lot of money is pesos!) But let me ask you, WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU EVEN KEEP A HOUSE THERE IF YOUR ONLY GOING TO VISIT ONCE A YEAR?! That's a waste of money!

The number of times you visit is immaterial. If you engage her, she will do the job as agreed, whether you visit everyday or rarely, or never. What is clear is the contractual obligation you will have with her.
As to how much, there are norms, nay even laws governing the hiring of domestic help. The rates vary by location. Check this out so you will be guided on what is right.

How much is your house and its entire content worth?
If you lose your property, it will be after a year when you will find out about it. Is it worth skimping on a trusted person's salary?
