Teams set aside tickets that they usually comp to those that warrant special treatment. That could be for team officials, former players, or just rewards to employees of the team. These seats are close to the field, close to security, and usually close to the dugout.
If not - they usually sit as a guest of the owner in the owners suite.

He has his choice where he can seat but the fans can't sit behind him . Only the owner and visitors are sit with him during the game. His favorite choice is the club seats.
