Heh, Dell sells at company owned locations (Kiosks), on-line, and now they sell select models at Walmart. Yes Walmart, which is the only retailer that is authorized to sell new Dell systems. These are the low end models that should be avoided, except for the very basic of needs.

You can purchase Dells at select shopping centers, they
have kiosks where you can purchase them.
You can purchase them online as well.
Some university student centers also sell Dells.

Well you have two options...
Many major malls have dell kiosks set up somewhere in the mall. You can buy one their, look at your choices, and even speak directly to a representative about what your looking for.
Also, you can use www.dell.com
Or, ebay!

Walmart is supposed to be selling them soon - if not already. Otherwise, that's always been it - direct from Dell. Give them a call if you don't want to order online.

some local shopping malls have kiosks that sell them so that you can check them out "hands on" before you buy. try going to the mall.
