I am going to take this on as a seriouse question but if it burns when you pee (kinda like when you get soap in the tip of your penis) and if it stains your underwear it's most likely Gonorrhea. Come to think of it, it is more like a darker color.
But if you are a person just wanting to know another lingo for Semen then my favorite term is Baby Batter.
