Yes, that's happened to me too. But the exercise of pouring out my soul is usually so enlightening makes it worth while, even if I'm disappointed at the time. The so-called friend I wrote to doesn't deserve me!

I guess about a month ago. And then to see the friend playing on here for hours after receiving the email just made me so sad. It made me realize that my words meant little... that my feelings were not important. That my friend wanted to focus on what made them happy with no regard for me. It was very eye opening. I realized that the friendship I thought we had...... wasn't. And when weeks later there has been no contact...... you realize that your words had to have hit home in a way. That perhaps certain truths are hard to face... so people have to table them until they are ready to face them head on. Maybe down the road..... my friend will be ready. One can only hope. *sigh*

About 2 years ago. My mom was in a near fatal car accident and my gutless turd of a brother didn't repond. He better poop his pants real soon.
