I would say around 10-15% of low income earners will be out of a job due to this horrible piece of leglislation which is against everything a free market stands for.

None. Again. And what a pittance. It should be over $10. The problem is, it will lead to the hiring of more illegals. Illegal workers are the elites answer to the minimum wage.

Oh that is so disgusting, a few pieces of chump change and they expect people to get canned? Does anyone know how much work these low wage earners do in an hour for under six bucks. Gas alone to get to work eats up a huge chunk of that puny increase.

Probably not as many as you might think.

Employers need to keep their people at work, and usually only the ones that are non-productive will get canned.

The wage increases will cause businesss owners to up the prices on consumer goods.

Zero. You still need workers no matter what the cost. Hard to outsource a clerk job at WalMart or Mickey D's.
