If it is anal it is guaranteed to always come out. I would always have a hand towel ready for my ex every time. It was also an issue when we had vaginal sex. Now my new girlfriend turned wife doesn't spill semen after sex. She goes to the bathroom after wards and pushes it out. Put pantiliners in your panties before going to bed and when you put them on in the morning, the pantiliner will catch all that stuff. Then just change it. You cant stop gravity. Also like a woman said before me, sit on potty and push it.

I would get a squirt bottle and get in the shower and squirt water in to get it out. You could try douching but you arent supposed to do that more than once every 2 weeks.
