She should be treated like any other citizen. Will she be? Probably not. If it was you or me, we would do some jail time. I see 2 outcomes for her. 1. No jail time or a very light slap on the wrist. 2. Overdoing it and giving her the max. Either way is not fair.

She is a wreck. A giant train wreck. You know you shouldn't look but you just can't help it. This is what Hollywood does to bimbos. Makes them famous and hooks them on drugs. Lohan is in the sewer with Hilton, Richie and Spears. The four of them would be a career for a shrink. It's to bad too because at one time they were happy successful teenagers enjoying life. Now they are burned out junkies with careers in the toilet. Unfortunately I feel they are far from hitting bottom.

If anything, celebrities should get harsher sentences, as they are in the public eye. What they do not only affects those immediately connected to them, but all those who know about their actions. Also, giving them a harsh sentence can wake them up to the fact that their celebrity does not give them invulnerability, which is the only reason I can think of that Ms. Lohan would do something so stupid.

I say wait until she kills some four year old and then we can all talk about how rich people get off easy and how we should have avoided this.
How 'bout we pretend she's just another stupid drunk junkie and put her a double s in jail to serve her time and maybe if she loses a few deals her mom will realize maybe instead of partying with her daughter she should be the voice of reason.

She should receive the same sentence as you or myself would receive in the same situation. But we all know it's not going to happen that way. I feel bad for her though. All that fame and fortune and she's still a hot mess. She needs to go to a real rehab and not some 45 day spa.

This is how I see things, no matter what the court does she is going to self destruct any way. Even if she goes to jail she will probably go back and continue the same behaviors. She already graduated to heavy drug use. There is no hope for her unless she wants to change. One day she will end up killing someone.

She should get whatever sentence is applicable for multiple DUI and Cocaine Arrests.
And the freakin' media shouldn't make a circus out of it.

She probably needs to go to jail to smarten her up. The fines dont seem to do it.
