I don't think there's any connection between hair color and sexual talent. If there is, it would favor red-headed because there is a higher proportion of red-heads among witches and wizards. (True: red hair used to be a condition to suspect witchcraft.) Now, some wizards make terrific lovers. Others are celibate, which of course means we don't know how good they would be if they would.
