ive noticed recently that some people do this, why not leave it on there and pick a best answer?
is that not what your supposed to do?

to people who says tehr isnt a rules where you have to pick a best answer, yeah, but it would be a decent thing to do, plus it cost 5 points to ask and you get 3 back for choosing a best answer.

I know what you mean :/ annoying. Or when you're in the process of giving a detailed answer only to find out the question has been deleted.
I guess it's just easier for them to delete it rather than award a best answer. Blah :/

Don't know why they do that. You could get 3 points back if you pick a best answer.

I agree with you. After all we do get a reminder to pick a best answer and it doesn't take a minute to do so thus giving someone some extra points.

so you won't get tons more emails in your inbox? some folks don't care about picking a best answer. there is no 'supposed to'. some folks just really are trying to find out something and then they're done. or maybe they just forget to pick a best answerer.

Don't they get points back that way? I don't do it, but I would imagine if you get the points back, a lot of ppl would. I think they should pick a best answer.

some people are just so selfish, that they don't want to give someone 10 points for there loss of 5. they just don't want to give anyone else an "advantage". and i know what you mean, that is very ANNOYING!
