Test it yourself at 100 degrees - the temperature of boiling water. My experience with another glue: - an epoxy resin is that it melted at or below 100 degrees centigrade.

It is theoretically possible that supeglue might decompose ate 230 degrees centigrade. This would include giving off fumes.

The chemical name for superglue is CYANOacrylate.
Not sure of the decomposition products but you might not like any fumes produced.
