Harley does sell Screaming Eagle engines that are a larger displacement. You can get the engines or just big bore kits installed by the dealer...

Highly unlikely. In fact, the upgrade from 88 to 96 inches in the Twin Cam this past model year surprised a LOT of people. From a historical standpoint, Harley has kept the same powerplant for roughly 15 years running, with minor upgrades along the way. The Screamin Eagle 110 is not a regular production powerplant. Screamin Eagle is to Harley what "M" cars are to BMW sedans.

no current plans. I just bought an '07 ultra classic with the 96CI motor. I was surprised to see that it has the same HP as the 88CI motor, just a little more torque and one heck of a heating problem. Harley is "working on it now". You can get a big bore kit for a 96ci to bring it up to 102CI. You can also get the Screaming Eagle series of motors for more CI but they aren't a production motor, the only come on a few of the "choppers" HD is putting out.

They just came out with the 96 so I say no not anytime soon. I forgot about the V-Rod. They could have a surprise with that one.
