Yes, everyday I pray for the safety of the men and women who serve in the military and for a victory in Iraq and Afghanistan. I also pray for the poor so they a place to stay and food to eat.

The way it is portrayed in the news is not in the forefront. If we heard as much about these men and women as we do Lindsay Lohan , it would be more on our minds, but it is so sad and unbelieable I think many avoid thinking about it, including me, because I cry when I do watch it. I just don't understand why it is going on... I don't. So I am thinking of them now and will remember them in my prayer tonite. This is a large number of people on this site and we could all pray for them. It wouldn't hurt, would it?

Too many of them are going up in smoke instead of being aided. I guess they just need somewhere to run to.

It is not that they are not feeling this question. It is that it is trite and so overused it rarely deserves a response. I was thinking about them before when they were being executed, raped, tortured, hung, electrocuted, and I still think of them.
