Reformat the hard drive. Re-install the operating system or let the buyer do that.

Just deleting files does not get rid of them and they can be recovered by software. You must reformat the hard drive and re-install the Operationg system. Good Luck.

There are programs and services that can recover "deleted files and data". I learned the hard way.
