Another DUI, plus found with possession of cocaine. This girl is beyond help. She needs to get her mother out of her life. She seems to be a horrible influence.

I don't want to sound naive, but yes, I am shocked. The woman just got out of a long-term rehab stay, which obviously didn't take. I thought Lindsay would smarten up and fly right. After all, she is losing millions and jeopardizing her career by continuing down this awful path. Also, she is now facing jail time. Her mother seems to have taken a low profile (FOR ONCE) during the last few months. Hmmmm...she only wants to be around Lindsay for the partying, the money grubbing and the celebrity chasing. She's a horrible mother!

I had kind of hoped that Paris Hilton's time in jail would serve as an example to these dumb, drugged out celebutantes. I guess Lohan missed that stoy while she was in rehab. Now she's going to jail and if there is any justice she'll get 2 or 3 years just like any other person would. I have no pity for drunk drivers. She had one chance already to learn from her mistake and she blew it. They should throw the book at her. Maybe its going to take a major Hollywood crackdown to get these rich morons to designate a driver. Heck, hire a limo when you want to go out drinking.

No I'm not surprise about Lindsay recent arrest, but you would think that after spending time in rehab and that she might learn something. The Girls head for jail and she seriously needs some major help.
Nobody is going to work with her.

I wasn't really. I turned on the radio and all the stations were talking about her. They were saying how they thought she was going to actually change since she sobered up but I guess not. Why do you say her mom is a horrible influence?

It's really condescending of you to say that she is beyond help.... nobody is beyond help have you ever made mistakes?? I mean look at the world the way it is right now it's a dirty shame how kids have to grow up so fast which i'm sure she had to do so just cut her a little slack and keep yer rude comments to yerself sweetheart!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what the problem is with these young celebrities. They're young, attractive, healthy and have good lives. And yet, they go right into the toilet. I guess for whatever reason, they are self-destructive.

doesn't every one get in trouble?!?!? shes just in the cameras eye so it looks OMG bad! you know your kids got in the same trouble somewhere down the line!! your not perfect either!! im not so fond of lohan but f*ck, sh*t happens to everyone!
