Well as he`s such a Lazyboy, I`m sure he is Board of all his Cabinet members, but Sofa, so good. He should come out of the Closet, pull up his Drawers and leave the secretary`s Chest alone !!!

Yes, of course he does.
If it is bad news, he will need to avoid featherbedding and although cushioning the blow is okay, to avoid getting leathered, he will have to layette on the line as to recovery options or risk the company disappearing in a pouffe of bad press.
If it is good news, then he needs to keep them suite. It would be best around a coffee table with a cake, so they can all get stuffed. Then the excess cash goes down the back of the couch in time honoured fashion.

Yes, but if profits have taken a duck down, the fabric of the accounts mustn't be padded out to cushion the blow, otherwise the chairman could be forced to quilt.

In the Spring they usually get sprung with these but to recover from the shock they go out, take a seat and stuff themselves till they've had their fill, all this extra fibre also makes their stools are a little softer as they are materially la-z-boys when it comes to feeling the squeeze.
