What's the process to find the answer?

A transport plane takes off from a level runway with 2 gliders in tow. (3 planes, one behind the other). The mass of ea. glider in 765 Kg and the total resistance on EACH glider is 2543 N. While they are accelerating for takeoff, the tension in the towrope between the transport and first glider is 9876 N. What is the tension in the rope between the two gliders?
