There is nothing wrong with being a freshman, but it is a right of passage that everyone has to got through. Everyone remembers how awkward they felt on their first day of high school as a freshman. You are so scared and you feel so small in a different school because as an eighth grader you were the big kid in a small school. After you go through this then you will put the next crop of fresh meat through hell, not because there is anything wrong with being a freshman, just that you are not one anymore and you are a bigger kid with a better grasp of the ropes high school. After a few weeks of school you will be used to being a freshman and the jokes will die off as the year goes by. Just endure it and trust me, it will all be over before you know it and you will be looking back saying you miss those years! GOOD LUCK FRESHMAN!

Nothing is wrong with being a freshman everyone once was a freshman! Just beware of the upper class men. They think they are all that and then some but they was once in your shoes. Don't let them get to you!

Nothing is wrong with being a Freshman. All of the sophomores, Juniors and seniors were freshmen once. I think the older ones are actually a bit afraid because they are going to be going out into the real world. Maybe they were jocks and are finally realizing they are not going to be pro anythings! They also are realizing they should have studied more as freshmen and are jealous of all the freshmen.

It's a tradition. There is nothing wrong with being a freshmen. I was one last year. The upper classmen just pick on the freshmen because they were picked on when they were freshman. It's not that bad anyway. Other than the occasional put down, there's nothing to it

There is nothing wrong with it. It is just that Freshman always get the bad end because you have to start all over again and the upper classman make fun of you and play pranks on you.

Getting picked on by the upperclassmen. They see freshman as freshmeat! LOL! I hated my freshman year when I was in high school!!! (that was MANY years ago!!!)
