Which invention do you consider to be more relevant: the Internet or the cell phone?

I say the cellphone is much more relevant than the internet especially for emergency purposes. What if you were in a life or death situation, you wouldn't be able to run to the internet for help now would you. Besides some cellphones come with internet access. These days you can just have the best of both if you feel it's relevant.

Internet. I say so because, I seldom make use of the cell phone. But I come online frequently. Internet is much more vast when compared to cell phones.

The internet because I have yet to own a cell phone that I haven't lost, dropped, ran over with a car/truck/bus, flushed down the toilet, dropped in the fish tank or a pot of spaghetti sauce. Cell phones are evil.

the internet.. i keep in touch with more ppl via net than i do with my cell phone or even my house phone. my hubby is in iraq and i get to talk to him more over yim than i do over the phone. i prolly get to im with him every week or 2 whereas he only gets to call home once every month or 2.

internet, you can use e-mail or a phone to talk with someone but with the internet u don't have to look stuff up on books.
