Ever had one as a boss?

Do you find them dreadfully emotive and unprofessional- unable to put their petty feelings to one side and concentrate on tasks at hand?

I do. If we didn't have to interview them- I never would. Useless.

I'd much prefer an office full of flaming homo's- at least they'd be less water-cooler gossip.

Now there's all this crap about equality of pay in the news?
How about they do the bloody job as equally well and work for the same hours without demand time off for their blimming kids?

Your thoughts?

Spot- are you a pooof or just a wimp? Get it together sunshine.
Sexual harassment- point taken- I totally agree too many horny feckers about & too many clowns and knobs.
Hate them- I sack them instantly. Got to suck it up and work hard.

I am a woman, I work with mostly women - it's the men who slack off the most.

My boss is a woman and I've yet to meet a more dedicated or professional woman (and no, she's not looking over my shoulder, we don't have the internet at work).

As for blimming kids. I'm unable to have children so I don't have that problem and I can think of half a dozen others I work with who don't have children.

Whats wrong bud some girl in the office out shone you in front of the boss and made you look bad, you need to get a grip and I hate to inform you of this but Queen Victoria has left the building !!!! this is the twenty first century

My last 2 jobs have been in offices where I have pretty much been the only man in the place over the last 7 years now.

Yes they tend to be more emotional and you do nees a lot more patience dealing with them. Yes they tend to hold grudges a bit more than men. But as a rule, they tend to be pretty reliable, hard working

I'm a woman and I acutally work in an office with 12 women. OMG!! I hate it! All they do is talk about diets and calories and figures. Its sooo annoying and because Im not bothered about my weight, they hone in on me like a swarm of bees and tell me I shouldnt eat this and should eat that, blah blah blah.
My boss is also a female and God help us when she has her period! She is very unprofessional, shouting or talking rudely to us in front of patients and doctors instead of taking us aside.
If I had my way, I would work in an office full of men!

I'm a woman and I've had probably three to four women as bosses. I've only had one that was totally professional and she has always been my favorite. I would rather work for a woman, I feel more comfortable. Men bosses either sexually harass or don't connect because they're afraid to.

What is your problem chief. How about this, quit your job and go take care of a house full of kids. I bet you will be begging to go back to your job. Do put down women, espically for the job they do raising our children. Go f@#k yourself.

Some good points here but as it's not politically correct to express any opinion which may cause offence then i'll be quiet and advise you to 'take cover'.
