Because they are still pushing Cena, and don't really have anything for him right now.
They used Lashley to Cena over again.
Orton is probably about to get the title.
Triple H is about to come back.
Booker T will still probably be ahead of him on the top heel least with Orton being #1 unless Triple H turns heels.
Raw always gets the biggest stars from Smackdown, but this time they put him in a bad situation.
Faces....Cena, Triple, Lashley....Heels...Orton, Booker T then Umaga/Kennedy.....Umaga because he had the belt
Even on Smackdown he would be #3 behind Khali and MVP since they both have belts.
WWE took Money In The Back from him because of the injury. I think there plan was really to wait until Wrestlemania to put him in a title match, but then they got in rush when he got hurt.
He is my favorite, but what can they do with him now? They just tried to do too much for Raw this time. They have to push Lashley or his rise as a major face will die, and they aren't going to make him lose to Kennedy.

He's not really jobbing, but his character is suffering because of his *********. Losing to Super Crazy because he was too busy talking, and trying to take the fight outside the ring against Jeff Hardy and backfiring last night are just two examples of that.
At this point, it doesn't seem like they have a real direction for him, but it just seems like they're trying to atleast add some depth to his personality by making his arrogance keep costing him title shots. (This was the third time he has blown a title shot: Money in the Bank, Beat The Clock Challenge; and last night with everyone competiting to be picked as the 1# Contender)

Yeah. Just like the rest of the WWE roster, all Kennedy is is wasted talent. He could have been so much more. When he was in TNA(trust me, he was), he pulled off some nice moves.

His character and schtick weren't very entertaining. He's on his way out. Now, if he could become known as the first transgender wrestler in the WWE, that would be something. Vince could always say that he used to be May Young or that the lovely Miss Elizabeth didn't really die, she just had extensive surgery. Now, That's a story line!

actually Edge and him had a match and edge won that match and got his brief case and cashed it in on Wrestlemania and beat Taker and then Edge injured himself and had to give up the title and Khali won it last Friday. Kept on Sunday at Great American Bash.

he is still coming back from a minor injury (swollen bi or tricept i believe) thats why he doesnt see alot of action and has nothing much to do.
