I am a retired CFO and I would choose a Caucasian male. Women are just too much trouble and with a white male it takes the EEOC out of the equation. Sounds racist but it is not intended because the playing field is not level today. Therefore, why take chances.

i'd get a robot. i saw this video on Y! awhile back about a robot made in china and they said it would be able to do minor clerical work in a few years. it had a porcelain doll face so i guess it's a female robot.
