if you have a home internet connection, it usually changes every two or three days by itself. You can always just disconnect and reconnect and it may change. You cannot change it manually

It depends on which IP address you want to change. There is little chance you will be able to change the IP address you use to connect to the internet as these are usually assigned via your Internet Service Provider.
If you want to change the static IP for something on a local network. Control Panel > Network Connections > Right Click > Properties > Left click once on TCP/IP > Click properties. Change the IP.
If you don't know what you are doing, changing this could know you off whatever network you are on at the moment.

you have to get dynamic ip address from your internet provider in order to be able to change the static ip address .. To configure which of which is the static or the dynamic is installed you click start click all programs click accessories click command prompt type help the help commands will be displayed .If you can use the help commands to configuer the new ip address ,it is good . If you could not just at the prompt type ipconfig/all . wait till you see the confguration is compliete . Then type ping after the ping compliete.. The prmpt command will install by it self the new ip address

Right click on "My Network Places" and go into Properties
Right click on the Network Connection you want to change and go into Properties
Select the TCP/IP protocol and go to Properties
You will see a place where you can manual enter/change your IP address.
Note: Changing your IP address will probably prevent your computer from being able to access the Internet, as you address is normally assigned to you by your ISP.
Normally you have to contact the ISP and have them change it for you. If it does not match the IP address they expect you to be on, it will not work.

If you have a static IP address assigned from your ISP, you more than likely need to talk to your ISP to get that changed. It may or may not be possible, or could change the cost of your monthly service.

i'm no attentive to any thank you to sidestep the scholars from switching the IP addresses as long as they have admin rights. you may choose to alter them to a constrained account to restriction hat get admission to. in case you like them to proceed to apply an admin account, then you may block them on the routers as a substitute. in many situations a router could have the potential to filter out machines by making use of their IP and MAC addresses. in case you purely one pc A to get admission to router A, then you set up a filter out on router B hat would not enable pc A get admission to to it. the scholars can substitute the IP and Gateway all day and it will do no sturdy. Router B will refuse to respond to them because of filter out.

Its a risky affair, i recommedn hiding it. Hide ur IP by using softwares like Hide IP, or use anonymous browsers like torpark.
