If they go back to jail for commiting the same crime, will the person who bailed them out get their money back if they tell the court what they know? Also, will they take the whole bond which was 10,000.00 and tell that person to pay it.

It would depend on the crime comitted and the bonding company that bailed him out. You wont get any money back. And depending on the crime, the court will probably set another bond and you can bail him out again. If you signed the first bond, you can request that you surreneder that bond since he has been re-arrested. The Bonding company that posted the first bond can bond him again if allowed, and you want to make another bond, or they may want to surrender the first bond if they think the risk is too great. Now that the person has another charge pending, the risk is at least double. So they have the right. Regardless of the circumsatnses or case status, You wont get any money back from the bondsman.

If a person who is out on bail goes back to jail before his original case is disposed of, he will get nothing back. You probably wouldn't get anything back anyway. It is usually a private bond company who handles the bail instead of the local government.
