Yeah, I just heard it on the news. It doesn't surprise me. She has some very serious problems. And she is the one who really needs to be ordered by a judge to a real rehab, rather than checking herself into the pseudo-rehab resort, Promises.
And she needs to spend a lot more time in jail than Paris did, because she has done a lot more bad, and is obviously a lot more out of control than Paris was. At least, Paris never wrecked her car. In fact, when Paris was cited for her DWI, she just barely tested above the legal limit for alcohol in her system.
IDK exactly what Lindsay's readings were, but I have no doubt they were higher than that....
If Lindsay doesn't get more jail time or a long probation period with suspended license, I will be so pissed!!!

Well, I think if it works as it does in most states, one more DUI - a third one-and she loses her license forever. As for the cocaine, well, they should just give her a harsh jail sentence. Rehab just isn't working for her, obviously.
