She has horrible parents and no guidance. Her father is a convict and her mother has been seen getting loaded WITH her (she was under age by the way). Why do you think so many child actors end up in big trouble? They think they are untouchable...given whatever they desire. They get a warped sense of reality.
Why the hell do these bars/clubs get away with serving minors time afte time after time? If police would enforce the law and slap these clubs with huge fines for serving minors, maybe they would at least stay home and get bombed. I know that she is now legal, but the pattern started a long time ago.
All that said, she is an adult and responsible for her choices. It is likely that she'll get locked up for a short time.

I'm only surprised she lasted what a week after getting out of rehab before getting busted? You'd think that she'd at least learn how to not get caught.

YES. She has been drunk-driving and caught with cocaine in the back seat of her car. I think that chances are, she'll end up in jail (maybe the same cell that her friend Paris was in just a few weeks back).

I think she's an idiot, little girl that cannot learn a simple lesson. If I was as rich as she is, I would hire someone to drive me around to all the party scenes....why in the world do these idiots want to drive?!

To what "KC" said, it makes complete sense: Paris, Lohan, B. Spears...they're all FAKERS, and they are constantanly doing "bad" things on PURPOSE, cause they want "respect" soooooo BAD; after all, they definetely can "afford" to...you know what i mean?

I don't understand why you wouldn't with that kind of money pay a driver if you were going to be drinking. It doesn't make any sense.
