this is her second dui & she has drug charges. she should serve time in jail, get put on house arrest, and have a limited time on probation.
just because she's a celebrity doesn't mean she shouldn't serve her time. so they say - they treated ms.paris hilton like any other person.
lets hope ms.lohan gets her life together.

in my state she would of done 7 days in jail on the first arrest so now she should do lot more-her bail was 25,000 dollars so this is serious -plus cocaine was found on her after she was taken to the Santa Monica jail
