how can i improve my team on diamond?

you can train everything to lv 100 and make them friendlier to you. if they like you, i think they'll be even stronger

Giratina, being newly caught, won't have good stats.
For Glaceon don't use Bite. It's too weak, and it's physical.
Wtih Espeon, you won't need both the Psychic moves.
Slapping on a random TM to a good Pokemon will weaken the move's normal power.
Check if they all have higher Sp. Atk or Attack. If they have higher attack, replace the special moves with phsyical, and vice versa.
Some examples:
Glaceon:Bite is Atk, not SA
Dialga: Matters on Stats
Palkia: Earth Power is Atk, not SA
Groudon: Solarbeam and Fire Blast. Try Ancientpower (move tutor) and Slash/Giga Impact. Also, don't use Fissure. The chances of it working are low.
Giratina: Matters on stats
It's hard to believe how much basing the attacks on stats will change how good your Pokemon is, trust me.

It sounds like a pretty good team. what i'd do is change move sets around a bit. for example a flame thrwer from your palkia wont be as strong as one lets say from a groudon because palkia is a water dragon type and not a fire type wich is usually the type that uses flame thrower.

I guess you could give your team more carbos,protein,zinc.etc and that'll make em better

if you want your team to be taken seriously get them all to
level 100
as far as attacks go your espeon could stand to learn some better ones.
