You mean by one player? Yes twice.
Wilbert Robinson had 7 in a game for Baltimore in 1892, and Rennie Stennett had 7 for Pittsburgh in 1975.
In extra innings, Johnny Burnett had 9 for Cleveland in an 18-inning game in 1932.

I'd just like to let the first answerer know that you can score seven runs on less than seven hits. If three batter walk and then a grand slam is hit, that's 4 runs but only 1 hit.
If you mean 7 hits by one player, i have no idea.

The AL record is 6, but the NL record is 7. Rennie Stennett had 7 in 1975.

I am sure you mean by one player. I know there has never been more than 6 hits in a nine inning game, and I also don't believe anyone has ever had 7 hits even in an extra inning game.

I don't know but did not Ventura get 6 hits of Nolan Ryan once?...........when he put him in a head lock and then "wacked" him 6 times on the head for being stupid enough to charge at him on the mound!!
