I need a program that will simply tell me which TCP and UDP ports are open on my computer. One time use, any suggestions? Preferably something available on download.com.

yeah Ahmad is right. Go in to DOS and run the command netstat -a

This will show you all open UDP and TCP ports as well as their current status. Its a built in MS tool so not need for downloading some utility off the net.
