When I click a Word file or right click on an icon to select copy,delete etc,it takes so much time 2 open.Why?

It is happening for a couple of days only. Whenever, I click on a Word file for the purpose of opening it, it takes a great deal of time to open. Similarly, if I right click on an icon to select a function e.g. copy, delete, zipping etc, it takes so much time to show the list for a function to be selected from there.

Is it happening because I am having both Spyware Doctor and AVG on my system running?

Is it due to the reason that some essential program or other files were accidentally deleted?

I've been told that having two similar programs can crash your computer, but your battery may need charging or you may need to update your programs. Maybe you should email or call your provider.
