You don't even have to do it on the internet the internet firms only charge you. go directly to the courts and do it yourself. I'm divorcing my ex myself it's really easy and costs £300.00 for the divorce and £40.00 at the end for your decree absolute.
You can download all the forms from the courts website fill them in, take your cheque along to the court they stamp it and away you go..... simple...!

A good friend of mine let her ex talk her into one of these. It turned out it was just a scam, and they were still married legally. They found out after they had both already married other people. Pay a lawyer to do it right would be my advice

haven't but wouldn't recomend it. Divorce is a complex legal minefield have seen enough friends get mangled going through it stick with a solicitor better for you in the long run !!!
