They say they couldn't get a translator, the SOB went to both high school and some college here, why the hell does he need a translator now? The judicial system has been taken over by a bunch of left wing pansies that are more concerned with just about anything but justice.

The letter of law and and justice don't always meet. Personally I think he should be beheaded and turned into a soccer ball but the reality is he does have the right to a fair and speedy trial. His attorney, sleazeball that he/she is, pulled the right card out of his/her hat on this one. The prosecutors should have been on the ball a bit more on this one and should have made sure an interpreter was present. Now I wonder if he could be held in contempt of court for not speaking English when he truly is capable of doing so?

Someone truly messed up. Generally the court keeps pretty accurate records but in this case someone counted wrong and it hurts. The error must have been somewhere in the accounting of his case- come on three years?? He is an immigrant it is true -but what if? just what if he is innocent. Then would it be fair? To keep the freedoms we have then occasionally we have to accept the unacceptable and hope they can figure out how to charge him again -if thier evidence is sound they can figure out a way.

one can only hope the judge suffers every day like the little seven year old did at the hands of this monster..and people wonder why I believe in "street justice"!!!
PS, you can call Montgomery County and ask for her dismissal! Call, and make a change!

One thing about justice: it isn't perfect. They didn't convict O.J. Simpson either, and there have been a lot of INNOCENT people on death row. Welcome to life on the planet Earth - sometimes it just isn't fair.

That is ridiculous. It's like saying that he has the right to molest little kids, and that's just wrong.

Victims have no rights. The dead cannot defend themselves, either
