I'd choose Giuliani as the President, if I had to choose a Liberal. When he was mayor of New York he demonstrated a strong Conservative streak (he was actually able to accomplish something.)

Ever notice that there are plenty of Liberal Republicans, but the Conservative branch of the Democratic Party has been completely exterminated? That shows which party is really the one of tolerance, and it's the Republican Party.

I'm hurt. I'm an Independent and you left us out of your question. I know you don't want an answer from someone who has their own mind and can make it up without a bunch of idiot politicians stringing along THEIR answers for us like both of the other parties do. Too many people allow their party to motivate their answers. I've seen it all too many times. "I'm voting for such-n-such because he's a democrat or he's a republican"

I could care less what "party" they are with and to answer your question, I'd choose the one BEST for the job not for which party he/she is with. I think all politicians should renounce their "party" affiliation and run ONLY on their past GOOD deeds.

I'm a registered independent.

I like Wes Clark on the Dems side.

And Ron Paul on the Repub side.

Neither of them have a chance in hell.

I'm Conservative. I'd have to go with Barak Obama. I don't agree with his politics, but he seems genuine. I think he would be the best at looking out for the American people.
