I have a male betta ( siamese fighting fish), Sail fin pleco, and 5 Guppies 1 male 4 female. I want a shoaling fish to go with them but since my betta is agrssive towards red fish I cant have dwarf gouramis and tetras or betas as they will nip any ideas please. I am already purchasing 2 angel fish 2 silver and 2 black mollies. I also have a isolation tank of 17litres in size. My main tank is 3 time that and has under gravel filter, oxygenating block, heater and sponge internal filter.

Mollies are a good start, you can also go with Platies and Tetras, as there are a lot of different types and colors of these fish. They'll also stay about the same size as your other fish (1-3 inches) and they school together. These fish will also go well in the tank environment that you already have set up. Good luck with your new guys!

ok, the 55 litre is a 15 gallon tank by our standards
You could put a school of
6 neon tetras or
6 zebra danios in there, bettas get along with both of them

your 128 litre, is a 35 gallon tank, and is the only one suirtable for angels, but only until they have the hight about 3", then you have to purchase a 55 gallon tank for them
Here is info about angelfish and their needs

hope that helps

The Angelfish will attack the Betta and the Betta will attack the Angelfish because they both have long flowing fins. A good, peaceful, colorful (not red) fish is the Kuhli Loach. They have orange and black stripes and have a very elongated body (almost like an eel). They are very peaceful and do best in groups (3+). They will learn to recognize their owner and may swim to your hand as you clean the tank. Good luck!

By the way, sucker fish have no personality and as they mature, they give slow moving fish (like Bettas) hickeys. This can lead to infection, stress, and even death.

Some gouramis would suit nicely, but having heard you only have 17 litre tank and a bigger one thats three times it ,.. it seems like your already over stocked :O . theres already alot fish in 51 litre tank. don't forget angels will grow

you should get a sucker fish. they are grey and harmless. they simply suck onto the things in the cage.
