Recently friends are telling me that the emails I send them are getting lost in their junk or bulk folders. I am sending out emails from Outlook 2003 across internal POP/SMTP server - and those recieving the emails are both internal office emails and external company STMP or even yahoo. What can I check in my Outlook settings to ensure emails arrive in their Inbox? My pysche can only handle so much ignoration.

The changes and updates that Yahoo, MS and others do frequently, are tightening the grip on spam, and making it more and more difficult to get through.

Have those that you send frequent emails to, change theior settings so that email from YOUR email address does not go into spam, that can be done through both Outlook Express, Outlook and the web based mail servers.

The changes will be on their end, not yours

Be gentle with your psyche, it's the only one you get!!!

PS, is ignoration a word? If not, perhaps it should be....:)

That is not a setting on your end... They have told there E-mail program that you are a spammer. They will have to remove you from there spam list. Good Luck!!!
