To get from Fahrenheit to Kelvin:
°F = (K × 1.8) − 459.67

To get from Kelvin to Fahrenheit:
K = (°F + 459.67) ÷ 1.8

Kelvin to what? here are the conversion. Hope it helps
K= C+273
C=(F-32/1.8
F=1.8(c)+32

They're exactly the same - the scales are just 273 apart.
