Do you think he'll escape serious punishment for his dogfighting involvement and get, at most some kind of misdemeanor conviction. After all he's an athlete and pro-athletes get special treatment in our society. They're above the law in many cases.

I think that it's very possible he will wiggle out of any real jail time. The real punishment will be that he'll lose his big endorsements. Nike will bail on him before it's over.

Yes but not because he's rich & famous. Because- from what I've seen the evidence shows that, yes dogfighting and cruelty took place on his property, the only thing tying him DIRECTLY to the actual dogfighting are the statements of the people directly involved. How credible are these guys? Are they just pointing at him to save themselves?Unless they get physical or forensic evidence that proves he was directly involved, I don't think he'll spend a day in jail. It's amazing what high priced lawyers can do for you. Just ask OJ.

Do I believe he did it,absolutely.

It's very likely that he will get off with a slap on the wrist. He has enough money to hire a really good lawyer and he's black so he'll have the support of all the black athletes (like Emmitt Smith) and the NAACP. I think it will be similar to the O.J. Simpson case where everyone knows he's guilty but he gets off anyway and for the rest of his life nobody will think highly of him.

i've got published a hyperlink under that provide you with the sentencing opportunities and the regular tale so far. i think of the punishment is plenty too lenient for the crime. i think of that his settlement ought to be voided, and he ought to could desire to pay some form of outrageous great--hundreds of thousands please--because of fact the only element that concerns to him is money. he's not something yet a thug. i don't care how nicely he performs or what he's performed for his crew, he's a shame to the numerous great men who've long gone in the previous him in the sport. He ought to be banned from the NFL, and that i wish no section league or something ever selections him up. according to probability he gets fortunate and be put in with a cellmate that's a rabid soccer fan, and hates him....reformatory has a manner of sorting issues out for society on occasion. playstation : This is going way previous the canines. that's a pair of guy or woman who's a place style for our toddlers. He had a definite accountability, in basic terms like this way of great style of alternative athletes, to be an occasion to them. he's likewise delivered embarrassment on his relatives, community, and crew.

I am sure he will because of his celebrity status, but I really do not think that is right. I read an article online about this incident and they had pictures posted of the animals, and it is truly sad that the poor animals were treated like this. He will probably get away with it, but I think that the Falcons should release him (even though it would hurt their salary cap situation) and he should serve time for his abuse of animals.

The white man planted those dog kennels on his property to take out another positive black role model. Cause whitey can't stand to see a black man rise up. So yeah, whitey's kangaroo courts will railroad Vick into prison and ruin him.
Old Jim Crow ain't dead and blah blah frekin blah.

He will escape punishment... yes. All famous people do for the most part.

But...his reputation will be somewhat tarnished..even with his own fans.. And often that is even worse then getting into legal trouble.

No...He's going down in this one...There is a difference between charges from the DA and charges from a grand jury...A grand jury doesn't mess around with something they don't feel they can prove...If he is found guilty, his career is over...
