To listen and follow this Fundamentalist hypocrite you would think that terrorists only existed on his watch.

There are lots of terrorists...all around the world...as bin Laden directed in his fatwa...they will kill Americans wherever and whenever they can...

There is ample evidence for all clear thinking people to be flaming pessimists...like me.

No,...he's just the lucky one who got to have 9/11 happen on his watch. Past indifferences are mostly to blame....the draconian measures that went into effect for our protection AFTER that day would have NEVER been welcomed by the public beforehand.
Many lefties will deny this, but they'd have to be pretty ignorant not to understand why.

There have been terrorists, ethnic cleansing, wars, conscription, economic collapse, disasters, attacks on almost every president's watch through history. Terrorism is not new, it cannot be eradicated, believing that makes you naive. Even America breeds it's own American killing terrorists like Timothy McVeigh.

The world is a dangerous place, Bush in not quelling the fire only feeding it fuel.

It wouldn't have been so bad if the President had actually focused from the very beginning on getting bin Laden, since after all, he was the main culprit behind the 9/11 attacks.

No, all Presidents have faced terrorism.

However, past Presidents didn't make it a political issue because they were far more competent in thwarting the terrorist attempts through government intelligence and police work.

Bush, however, managed to turn incompetence into a perception of strength.
