Jokes aside;Did he physically hurt you?Or is all this mental anguish that you have? Or was it just a slight? How big a one? We don't know enough.
Why would it not be OK for you to make up with him? would you hold something against him all your life?
Maybe you think the grass is greener on the next street? Maybe it is , maybe it's not. Would you rather the devil you know or be surprised by the devil you don't?
