Get a very powerful torch or spotlight and shine it right at the front of helicopter. Usually makes it go away.

Try living in Belfast, I have had a helicopter over my house for 34 years now.

Hilts man, check yerself out! I am sure that when the Helicopter is pursuing the scrote who just trashed your car or raped some poor woman you know etc... that maybe you will take a different prospective?? Noisy yeah, wakes you up, maybe, but a necessity???? Definitely!!!!!!!

there is some law about "disturbing the peace". I don't know if you can sue, but I'm sure that you can go to the Police Station (even though it is there helicoptor) and report it.

lol. I doubt anything would come of it. I have one too. Every night at 9 pm and 4 am it flies over my house.

lol. i think that would be one hell'a big lawsuit if everyone sued. start a petition with your neighbours ya never know they might come soundproof the walls.x.

I doubt it. Make sure the heat signature from your attic pot factory doesn't give them reasonable cause.
